Your membership application is not submitted for administrative review until the $55 application fee is successfully paid. After completing this form, you will be redirected to Stripe Checkout.
The $55 application fee is one-time and nonrefundable. If FRCA approves your application, the initial $165 annual membership fee (including background screening) is payable separately after approval; annual renewal is $65. Required Red Cross CPR/AED certification is paid directly to the Red Cross (stated cost $38; verify current provider pricing). Membership payment does not automatically confer FRCA licensing, certification, an ID card, or Active Chaplain Directory eligibility.
