First Responders Chaplain Association, Inc. provides resources, consultation, training, and chaplaincy support to law-enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, emergency-management, and other first-responder organizations.

The F.R.C.A. Institute of Chaplaincy is an online Christian institute and seminary providing biblically grounded education and practical chaplaincy training for men and women called to serve in churches, communities, hospitals, correctional settings, workplaces, emergency services, and other ministry environments.
As an F.R.C.A. resource, the Institute provides chaplain certification, specialized ministry courses, biblical studies, leadership development, crisis-intervention principles, and continuing-education opportunities designed to strengthen knowledge, character, competence, and compassionate service.

F.R.C.A. Chaplain Support is a community outreach and spiritual-care resource for first responders, their families, and members of the community who need someone to listen, pray, encourage, and provide compassionate faith-based support during difficult moments.
The website provides direct access to chaplain support for grief, family concerns, workplace stress, fear, loneliness, spiritual questions, and unexpected crises. Chaplains seek to provide respectful and confidential spiritual care within applicable legal and immediate-safety limits.

F.R.C.A. Workplace Chaplaincy is designed to bring compassionate, relationship-based care into the workplace. The goal is to provide employees and their families with a trusted chaplain who can listen, encourage, pray when requested, and help individuals navigate personal or workplace pressures with dignity and discretion.
